Some videographers direct. Others blend into the background. I always explain that my style is natural, documentary-led, and unobtrusive. I want you to forget I’m there so I can capture the real, honest moments—not staged ones.

2. Have you filmed at our venue before?

6. How do you work with photographers and planners?

Weddings are a team sport. Your videographer should collaborate smoothly with your photographer, planner, and venue staff—not compete with them.

7. What’s your turnaround time, and how are films delivered?
