Mooncast Films Instagram DM Chatbot

If you’ve messaged us on Instagram and would like us to delete any data linked to your conversation with our Instagram DM chatbot, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Email: info@mooncast-films.com
Subject line: Data deletion request

In your email, please include:

1. Your Instagram username (e.g. @yourhandle)
2. The approximate date you messaged us (even a rough week/month is fine)
3. Any additional detail that helps us locate your conversation (optional)

What we delete

Where applicable, we will delete chatbot-related data we have stored, which may include:

• message content exchanged with the chatbot
• details you provided during the enquiry (e.g. wedding date, venue, UK/destination, coverage preferences, budget range)

Timeframe

We’ll confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion as soon as possible. In most cases this will be within 30 days.

Notes

• Deleting chatbot data does not automatically remove messages from Instagram itself (Instagram controls its own message history within the app).
• If you have an ongoing enquiry, deleting data may limit our ability to follow up.
